Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when you register for an auction, bid, buy, or contact us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, shipping and billing address, and purchase and payment records. Payment card data is processed by our payment processors and is not stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to run auctions, send invoices and payment reminders, arrange shipping, provide customer support, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number to send invoice, payment reminder, shipping and customer-care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS carrier platform) that deliver messages on our behalf.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@seizedsales.com.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, shipping, email and SMS delivery, hosting), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
